Warming Up Before Doing Exercise

The definition of a warm-up is a gradual increase of intensity in the activity of certain muscles, joints and parts of the body which will be essentially used. For example, in a soccer match, a player might warm up by slowly jogging to warm up the muscles and to speed up the heart rate.
