Recipe ingredients
4 each boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. orange zest
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons bourbon
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tablespoon steak sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 pinch cloves
Recipe directions
Mix all ingredients well. Marinate chicken 4 hours. Remove from marinade and grill, basting with marinade frequently.
Grill 15 to 20 minutes over indirect heat, until no pink remains.
